Meet Lou Ann

Lou Ann captures the light and shadows of her objects. Her preferred methods are oil on canvas and watercolor. You can find Lou Ann outside painting on the C&O Canal by her home in Maryland and traveling abroad. Her inspiration comes from travel, nature, walking in the woods, hiking, and biking. Monet, Hockney and Renoir are a few artists that she admires. After attending a few plein air workshops and classes, Lou Ann’s productivity sky-rocketed. She learned to capture the quickly changing lights and shadows.
